Day 4- No animal protein

I've made it so far. Not too bad at this point. Actually, my body loves eating like this. I don't have any food cravings, I'm not bloated, I have more energy. Why don't I eat like this all the time?? I'm down to 133- so almost 4 pounds lost. Thank God! I'm cheating a little bit today by having warm quinoa and rice milk and berries for breakfast (instead of quinoa and vegies).

Today we also start with juicing 8 oz. So I better start loading up on veggies at the grocery store! 2 cups of veggies PLUS salads? That's a lot of veggies.

Anyway, that's what's going on here. Carol? Lisa? How's it going?

    I am on day 4 of my precleanse..which has been all non dairy, gluten, starch, fat...I already feel mentally so much better though yesterday was such a stressful day at work I started getting stomach pains and it was from stress mixed with my body starting to detox a bit. Tommorrow i start into the main part of the cleanse...I will be eating the same meal for 6 days three times a day. Its a comlplete protien meal so I am not worried about hunger...more so about boredom. It already is hard to eat no oils with the precleanse!! If you want a good juice recipie...I have a tasty one that I do:

    4-5 leaves of Kale
    4-5 leaves of romaine lettuce
    2 apples
    1 lemon

    juice this and it tastes so good...a little bit like lemonade. I love it.

    I am the same way...my body is actually enjoying eating these healthy veggies and fruit...and at this point I am not having any cravings.
